Song(s) of the Day

     Life's a Happy Song may be the catchiest song in the history of ever (eat your heart out, Natasha Bedingfield) I saw The Muppets at the movie theatre for the 2nd time on a whim on Thursday with some friends and I am so ecstatic we did.  This movie DESERVED to be seen twice and I cannot wait until it's released on DVD.  I'm picking this movie up the day it becomes available.  Jason Segel has pioneered a classic.  The Muppets is one of my favorite movies of ALL-TIME.  Top 10, for sure.  I adore this movie, more than words can describe. I just feel this overwhelming sense of happiness while watching this film and I'm pretty sure I smile the entire time it's going.  The laughter never stops, which is awesome, because it's the 3rd best gift anyone can give you.  I honestly want to shake Segel's hand and simply express my gratitude towards him for spearheading such a wonderful & uplifting flick.  It's safe to say, with his roles in amazing movies like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I Love You, Man, & Knocked Up, to being one of the leads in my favorite TV show of all-time, How I Met Your Mother, to this movie, Segel has become a huge inspiration to me, someone I definitely look up to.  He just seems like a fantastic dude.  The Muppets are timeless, simple as that.  Also, this 2nd song is just too good not to share.  Ok Go cover The Muppets theme song and it's just a blast to listen to.  The Muppets be taking over this blog, yo!  And I love it.
