Song(s) of the Day(s)

     GOOD LORD LOOK AT THE TIME!  I have a couple free hours right now and I can make up for my lack of song of the day post yesterday and do today's!  First off, happy New Year's to all.  I will be spending it with an extraordinary girl, but until then, I have relaxation after a nice 8 hour shift of work that started at 10 am.  Yesterday's song of the day was definitely Manamana by The Muppets.  I was watching season 1 of The Muppets on DVD (something I recently bought) and I got to watch the ORIGINAL Manamana scene and it was glorious.  Today's song of the day is Shy Ronnie 2: Ronnie & Clyde by The Lonely Island.  Why that song?  Well, it's been stuck in my head, THAT'S WHY!  Nosy fucks.  But seriously, the line I hung a giant ass noose off my giant ass dick has been swirling around my head all day while I worked.  God knows why, but it was.

Song of the Day

     God dammit I cannot deny The Lonely Island.  They're perfect for a little tally like this, mostly a compilation of songs that do a fantastic job of sticking in my head for a short 24 hour time period.  This now makes it 7 songs of the day for them and it's only 2 behind 2nd place on the tally.  That's pretty surprising to me at least.  The Lonely Island has certainly been one of my top musical groups this year.  Japan is just a funny track that, in my opinion, DEFINITELY needs a music video.

     Busy busy December, am not on the internet nearly as much as I was the past several months.  Forgot to post the song of the day yesterday, so I'll just include it with today's.  Yesterday's song of the day would have to be Everything You Do by Take Cover.  Just an example of an awesome new song being introduced to me and me digging it from the first moment.  Today's song of the day goes to I Just Had Sex by The Lonely Island.  The Lonely Island is no stranger to the song of the day tally as this is now their 6th song to make the list.  I can't help but listen to them, they're beyond hilarious and catchy.
